Position: Operations Supervisor — This position is based at our Kansas City branch with primary responsibilities including coaching and directing a team of drivers, problem solving, minimizing delivery issues and maintaining customer service levels. Responsibilities Manage facility, staff and fleet in the local area Coach and direct a team of drivers; problem solve to minimize delivery issues and maintain customer service levels Promote and create safety awareness and an incident prevention culture Maintain fleet and other assets to standards within budgeted parameters in coordination with Maintenance Ensure efficient loading and execution of dispatched routes Audit drivers and customer sites to ensure delivery requirements are met Understand and utilize daily operational dashboard and reports Assist with maintenance protocols for trucks Follow and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly SOPs Prepare incident reports as needed Perform driver/delivery duties as necessary to fulfill branch and route needs Minimum Qualifications Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements At least 1 year of experience in transportation management/dispatch with thorough understanding of fleet operations Knowledge of transportation operations and laws, federal safety regulations and maintenance requirements (preferred) Strong customer orientation and ability to resolve customer-related issues in a timely, professional manner Demonstrated ability to plan and manage Benefits and Compensation Starting salary: $75,000 per year plus quarterly incentive bonuses for metric achievements, with company truck and gas card 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Jacobus Energy, LLC
