Advanced Women’s Care is a physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our collaborative team in Goodyear, AZ and provide comprehensive care across the women’s health continuum.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery in a supportive, team-based environment. You will work alongside OB/GYN physicians and clinical staff to deliver care from prenatal through postpartum and well-woman services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care 
• Perform patient assessments, exams, and routine screenings 
• Manage low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients 
• Educate and counsel patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and overall wellness 
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and care teams 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation 
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives 

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program 
• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification (AMCB) 
• Active or eligible state licensure 
• Current BLS certification 

Preferred:

• Experience in full-scope midwifery 
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
