Contract :- Full Time

Responsibilities

Prenatal Care: Provide comprehensive prenatal care to pregnant women, including prenatal screenings, assessments, and education. Monitor fetal development, maternal health, and pregnancy progress through regular prenatal visits. Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans for pregnant patients.
Labor and Delivery: Manage and support women during labor and childbirth, providing emotional support, pain management, and guidance throughout the birthing process. Conduct labor assessments, monitor fetal heart rate, and provide hands-on support during labor and delivery. Collaborate with obstetricians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective delivery outcomes.

Requirements

Master's degree in Nurse Midwifery from an accredited program is required.
Current certification as a Nurse Midwife (CNM) by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona.
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife, preferably in a women's health or OBGYN setting.
Strong clinical skills with proficiency in prenatal, childbirth, and postpartum care.
