Job Purpose:

Responsible for coordinating maintenance activities within the company to ensure equipment is kept in optimal condition, ensuring its availability for production.

 

1. Requirements:

 

Minimum education required:

Mechanical, electromechanical or related engineering.

 

Experience:

Minimum 3 years

 

2. Profile

• Availability to work flexible hours, responsible, dynamic, with a positive attitude 
• Experience in personnel supervision, quality system management, and corrective and preventive maintenance 
• Organized and capable of working under pressure 
• Interpretation of ISO 9001:2015 and applicable procedure and formats

 

3. Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating maintenance to ensure machine availability for production.
• Responsible for ensuring that all machines and equipment are repaired as quickly as possible and restored to optimal operating condition.
• Quality system management 
• Maintenance program coordination 
• Responsible for generating the report of all work orders during their shift, for both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supplier evaluation for maintenance needs 
• Procedure standardization and development 
• New project support 
• Responsible for the supply of spare parts repaired in the workshop, assigning personnel for their repair. 

 

4. Activities

• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure program production compliance 
• Ensure compliance with quality system procedures 
• Maintain maximum equipment availability in mechanical and electrical aspects 
• Develop standard procedures for production areas using historical data and specifications 
• Make decisions regarding required maintenance 
• Create training programs for personnel development 
• Review and evaluate material and spare parts requirements 
• Evaluate maintenance-focused suppliers 
• Provide support for new projects
