Administrator-Practice Operations and Strategy

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Indiana University Health Medical Group’s leadership team in the role of Administrator – Practice Operations and Strategy. The Administrator will assist with the AAHC future academic and clinical programming and design with facility leaders, coordinate practice and provider acquisitions and integration activities, and be accountable for operational strategy as it relates to outpatient staffing models, patient care expectations, and implementation of best practices in single-specialty clinics. They will support the CPO on implementation of annual operating goals, oversee workforce planning, develop and implement staffing models, coordinate statewide unified medical group implementation, and drive growth and operations. They will ensure IU Health Indy Metro portfolio delivers quality care and optimize organizational potential across the portfolio.
