What You'll Do Campaigns & Growth Ops Plan and execute growth campaigns tied to product launches, partner integrations, and market moments Build the measurement stack: what's moving TVL, what's noise, what's the ROI per channel Brief and direct co-marketing with BD on partner integrations Drive communication with users via town halls and written updates Turn our ambassador program from spec into a real acquisition and referral channel with attributable numbers Brand & Narrative Develop and own Perena's market thesis Edit and direct content output across channels; write the high-stakes pieces yourself Team Manage and develop the social and community team members; set their goals, run their reviews What We're Looking For 5+ years in marketing, with meaningful time owning campaigns or growth in DeFi, fintech, or another high-velocity vertical Data driven approach. You can talk about deposit-driven funnels, email attribution, or campaign ROI without hand-waving Experience and understanding of blockchain-based finance. You have a point of view on what's working in the market right now and why Strong writer and storyteller who understands the nuances of different channels and audiences You operate well with a CEO who is direct and wants a thought partner, not a marketer who needs a brief for everything Earlier in your career?
