Duties Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Show them what Iconic Hospitality means! Assistguests with navigating our menu options. Utilize your extensive menu knowledge to recommend favorite beverage andfooditems per relevant likes, dislikes, and dietary needs. Ensuretimelyandaccurateinput of orders in the point-of-sale system. Monitor andassistwith the delivery of guest beverage andfoodorders. Prepare final guest checksin a timely mannerand run payments safely and securely. Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.It’sYour Business. Reinforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol salesin accordance withstate law. Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures. Basic Qualifications 1-3+ years customer serviceexperience(If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!). Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications. Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences. Thrive in adynamic,fast-paced work environment. Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50lbs.
