Responsibilities Speak with pet owners to obtain a thorough patient history Take vital signs and acquire lab samples Perform body and dental radiographs Assist with surgeries and monitor animals after surgery Administer medications and provide discharge instructions for clients Qualifications Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar role Knowledge of animal care and handling Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment Patience and empathy for pet owners from all walks of life Fear‑free certification is a bonus!
