We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Leasing Consultant to join our team at Rent 2 Own HQ. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking vehicle leasing solutions, helping them find the right vehicle to meet their budget and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the leasing process, providing clear information on lease terms, payment structures, and vehicle options.
- Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate leasing plans that align with their goals.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
- Prepare and process leasing contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the service and inventory departments to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered to clients in excellent condition.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, lease promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive overall experience from initial contact through the end of the lease term.
