Key Responsibilities

• Practice Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the association collections lifecycle, including demand letters, lien enforcement, and foreclosure actions.
• Team Management: Direct, mentor, and manage the daily workflow and performance of a dedicated team of paralegals and legal support staff.
• Strategic Advising: Provide sophisticated legal counsel and strategic guidance to association boards, property managers, and firm clients.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with evolving state statutes, association governing documents, and firm-wide procedural standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• HOA/Condo Expertise: Significant experience representing condominium and homeowners' associations, with a deep understanding of Florida community association law.
