MW Talent is partnering with a prestigious personal injury law firm to hire an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager. This is a full-time legal role, not a medical case management position, and is ideal for professionals with a proven track record managing personal injury cases from intake through negotiation and closing.

Location: Remote position open to candidates across the United States. Hiring in multiple states including Virginia, Alabama, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Colorado, Florida, Washington State, and more. Candidates with knowledge of Georgia personal injury law are preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement and closing. Negotiate and settle claims directly with insurance adjusters. Maintain regular communication with clients, adjusters, and medical providers. Handle a high-volume caseload with accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case resolution.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of personal injury case management experience in a law firm. Full-cycle case experience including negotiations and case closings. Strong knowledge of personal injury case procedures and insurance negotiations. Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Stable and consistent work history demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment MUST. Knowledge of Georgia personal injury law is preferred. Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.
