Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and experience in general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities remain in excellent working condition. Responsibilities - Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) - Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs - Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards - Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and materials used - Assist with special projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance Qualifications - Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar role - Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry - Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively - Strong troubleshooting and time management skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car insurance must be valid) - They will need their own power tools. - High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus) *Ability to carry 40lbs *Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits - Competitive pay based on experience - Gas allowance - 401 k plan - Holidays paid - Opportunities for growth and training Pay Rate $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume
