Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Orthodontic Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) who is detail-oriented, positive, and passionate about patient care. This role is primarily based in our Round Rock location with occasional travel (approximately once per week) to our Cedar Park office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and patient visits
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take digital scans, X-rays, and photos
• Adjust and monitor orthodontic appliances (as trained)
• Provide clear instructions and education to patients and parents
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Support team flow and contribute to a positive office culture

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification (Texas RDA preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
• Willingness to travel between locations when needed
