SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Duties
You will plan, organize, assign, coordinate, and review work performed by the division; selects, trains, establishes work performance standards and reviews and evaluates performance of subordinate employees.
You will assign work based upon workload and availability of personnel, adjusting and compensating for periods of leave and vacancies.
You will promote the development and maintenance of a high degree of technical competence among subordinate personnel.
You will ensure that Command goals, policies and priorities are communicated effectively to subordinates.
You will encourage the growth and acceptance of new ideas and suggestions for improvements and fosters an environment which provides for employee participation and feedback.
