FQA Inspector

Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated FQA Inspector to join their team. As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: FQA Inspector Location: Milpitas, CA Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00/hr Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) What's the Job? Perform PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mechanical parts based on IPC-A-610 and Customer Requirements. Ensure all products meet customer specifications prior to shipment. Verify manufacturing process instructions are followed accurately. Report non-conformance or defects during manufacturing using the DGS system (Venture’s MES System). Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and provide feedback for process improvements. What's Needed? Minimum of three years’ experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and through-hole components) following IPC-A-610 requirements. Ability to pass in-house IPC-A-610 Test and Certification Program. Experience using calipers, micrometers, magnifier lamps, and microscopes. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and component datasheets. What's in it for me?
