Office and Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Office Support Coordinator to join our team in a key temp-to-hire role. This position combines proactive outbound sales outreach with essential administrative and operational office support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable picking up the phone to connect with business professionals, driving sales opportunities, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, OEM, or logistics environments is required. Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Experience (Required): Proven background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, OEM, or logistics/supply chain environments.

• Sales & Phone Presence: strong verbal communication skills with demonstrated comfort making outbound B2B phone calls and engaging business clients.

• Computer & Data Proficiency: Solid data-entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM systems.

• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing administrative tasks and sales outreach priorities efficiently.

• Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to transition into a permanent, long-term role within a growing team.

Work Schedule & Term

• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire with strong potential for permanent conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Sales & Outreach: Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective, current, and past customers to identify new opportunities, introduce products, and support lead generation efforts.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, providing accurate product information and following up on sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

• General Office & Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, document processing, order coordination, and general administrative duties as needed.

• Data & Lead Tracking: Accurately log call outcomes, customer details, lead status, and follow-up notes in our CRM or tracking spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to escalate high-value opportunities and support team goals.
