Operations Supervisor

Position Summary Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. Essential Functions Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up all activities; effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews. Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle all customer relations issues according to company policy; provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching. Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning, execution, and maintenance of displays and off‑shelf merchandise. Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent issues at the store. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail supervisor. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Pay Range Typical pay range: $18.94‑$27.94 per hour (or an annual full‑time salary equivalent). The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
