Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
• Holds, or is eligible for, SLP-CCC credentials; recent graduates and those seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also welcome to apply (supervision may be available)
• Licensed or able to obtain state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to elementary-aged students with communication disorders
• Create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain timely documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
• Track student progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture focused on student growth
