This is a consultative sales role with exceptional earning potential.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial customer relationshipsIdentify and develop HVAC project opportunitiesPresent solutions and prepare proposalsPartner with internal teams to deliver projectsGrow existing accountsQualifications5+ years of sales experience5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related industryStrong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsPreferred Background: Commercial HVAC sales, mechanical engineering with sales experience, or former commercial HVAC technician transitioning into sales.
