Job Description

S&B Painting Services is hiring motivated 1099 painters and laborers for residential and commercial painting projects. We’re looking for dependable people who want to learn, grow their skills, and work under an experienced crew leader in a professional, fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, coachable, and looking to build long-term skills in the painting industry. Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be dependable and show up on time
Able to follow direction and work well with a team
Comfortable with physical labor and working on ladders
Reliable transportation required
Painting or construction experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to work as a 1099 subcontractor
Must provide a W-9 before starting

What You’ll Learn:

Prep work and masking
Cutting and rolling
Spraying techniques
Interior and exterior painting systems
Professional jobsite workflow and efficiency
Clean, high-end finishing techniques

Compensation:

Pay ranges from $18–$22 per hour depending on experience, reliability, and overall performance
