• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify individual client needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing your approach to promote resilience and engagement among clients.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of treatment progress.
• Engage in collaborative team efforts, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapeutic professionals to create a multi-faceted treatment landscape that caters to the holistic needs of each client.
• Participate in regular case reviews and consultations, enhancing the quality of care through shared knowledge and best practices within the mental health field.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with information regarding treatment paths and accessible community resources, thereby fostering an informed support network.

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to academic excellence.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania, showcasing your professional readiness and adherence to state regulations.

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential performance bonuses.
