Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Loan IQ Specialist to join their team. As a Loan IQ Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Business Execution support team, contributing to large-scale initiatives and strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Job Title: Loan IQ Specialist Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $55-$58/hr What's the Job? Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation. Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate strategically with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes. Utilize Loan IQ to onboard new credit facilities, process loan bookings, and execute funding events efficiently. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Demonstrated experience using Loan IQ for onboarding credit facilities, processing loan bookings, and setting up deal structures. Strong working knowledge of syndicated loan documentation, including credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters. Solid understanding of syndicated lending products such as revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, swinglines, letters of credit, and multicurrency structures. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients. What's in it for me?
