What You'll Expect As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll help shape a positive, high-performing workplace. You'll handle everything from recruiting and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and benefits — acting as a go-to partner for both employees and managers. What You'll Do Recruit, onboard, and support new hires Support employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality Assist with benefits and performance management processes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain accurate employee records and reports Contribute to policy updates, training programs, and team initiatives Be a key partner in shaping an engaged, high-performing workplace Grow your HR career while supporting team development and compliance What You'll Bring Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proficiency in HRIS and Google or Microsoft Office Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred or equivalent experience 3+ years in HR Generalist role SHRM-CP/SCP or THRP certification preferred What We Require Experience with HRIS systems and digital onboarding platforms Prior experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or benefits administration Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
