I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I ran a pediatric home health company. That experience reinforced my passion for helping others and building a business that makes a real impact. I truly believe a State Farm agency is one of the best small business opportunities out there. Im a graduate of Texas Christian University and an East Texas native. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf with friends and spending time staying connected with the local community. Im actively involved as a member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce and care deeply about giving back through community service and local involvement. Our agency offers an Aspirant program, professional development, PTO, free snacks and coffee, and a flexible work environment. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Aaron Hickman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
