ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I ran a pediatric home health company. That experience reinforced my passion for helping others and building a business that makes a real impact. I truly believe a State Farm agency is one of the best small business opportunities out there.

Im a graduate of Texas Christian University and an East Texas native. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf with friends and spending time staying connected with the local community. Im actively involved as a member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce and care deeply about giving back through community service and local involvement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Aaron Hickman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
