OVERVIEW:
No experience needed - all training, materials, and support will be provided to ensure the right candidate has everything they need to excel in the position.
The Account Representative is the front line of the Acquisitions Team and usually the first contact our customers have with our agency, setting the tone for the relationship going forward. They are responsible for representing our products and services to potential customers in a way that makes it easy for them to choose us as their agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
