Registered Behavior Technician
Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care
Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a structured clinical setting. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), deliver skill-building and behavior-reduction interventions, and use evidence-based strategies to manage challenging behaviors. Accurately collect, record, and document session data; maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethics. Collaborate closely with clinicians and families, participate in structured training and supervision, and follow required protocols to support consistent, effective treatment. Key duties Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Run skill-building programs and behavior interventions Use evidence-based strategies for challenging behaviors Collect and accurately record session data Collaborate with clinical teams and families Follow ethical and quality standards Qualifications RBT credential (or eligibility to obtain) Strong data collection and documentation skills Experience working with children with autism and applied behavior principles Commitment to supervision, training, and ethical practice #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care
