Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician provides behavior analysis services in a structured, center-based environment for Spanish-speaking children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other related developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support children with ASD and related developmental disabilities by delivering structured, evidence-based interventions. Collect and document behavior data to help guide treatment decisions. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach that supports families and children. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent service delivery. Qualifications & Skills Fluency in Spanish and the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families. Compassionate, dedicated mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to follow behavior plans and implement interventions with fidelity. Comfort working in a structured center-based setting. Willingness to learn and support clinical excellence in a team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
