Senior Technical Accounting & Compliance Lead

Arbor Realty Trust is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to support technical accounting, SEC disclosures, and reporting processes. You will evaluate ASC/SEC changes, coordinate with auditors, oversee CECL and consolidations, and participate in strategic initiatives. The role requires a CPA (preferred) and at least four years in real estate or mortgage accounting, with strong Excel and AI-enabled data analysis skills to enhance efficiency.
