Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently intubate adult patients and manage ventilator systems.
• Deliver respiratory therapies including oxygen, humidity, and airway management.
• Perform EKGs during off-hours and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and physician guidance.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols consistently.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with certification before July 1, 2022.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Proficient in using EPIC for electronic medical records.
• Must possess prior Level 2-3 NICU experience inclusive of ventilators.
• Experienced in adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care.
• Able to work every other weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled.
