Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Administrative Team Lead for a respected local healthcare organization.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys leading others, developing team members, and creating exceptional patient experiences. You'll lead a talented team of Administrative Assistants while helping to support efficient operations, staff development, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, mentor, and support Administrative Assistants across multiple office locations.
Develop and maintain training materials and onboarding programs for new team members.
Create and manage team schedules.
Assist with implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused environment.
Support patient financial consultations and administrative processes.
Maintain strong communication with providers, referral offices, patients, and staff.
Collaborate with leadership on training initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
Utilize practice management software and other administrative systems to support daily operations.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of administrative, supervisory, or management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
