Instrumentation and Control Technician

Plains is seeking an Instrumentation and Control Technician to support reliable, safe operation of our pipeline and terminal assets. In this field-based role, you will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation, control, and automation systems across crude oil and NGL facilities. You’ll work with PLCs, SCADA, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves while interpreting P&IDs and technical drawings. Partner with operations, engineering, and safety teams in a performance-driven, safety-first culture that emphasizes integrity, environmental stewardship, and teamwork.
