Weekly Pay Day Shift Part-Time Key Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Payable activities, including recording vendor invoices in the accounting system. Log receipts for credit card transactions and other purchases. Assist with invoice payment processing and maintain records of bill payments and check stubs. Record membership payments in the accounting system. Prepare and make bank deposits. Maintain and update documentation related to accounting processes and procedures. Assist with maintaining accurate general ledger records and account balances. Support the posting of transactions and preparation of journal entries as needed. Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Finance Department. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or accounting preferred. Experience with accounting software preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial, personal, and organizational information. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 45 days of hire.
