Loader OperatorLoader operator will operate and maintain a Cat 980 Loader.Job Qualification· Self-motivated team player· Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, multi-functional team environment· Industrial and mining experience· Ability to follow directions and guidance for competing tasks· Work schedule is generally 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and some weekends· Heavy equipment experienceDuties and Responsibilities· Operations1. Report directly to supervisor on daily operation and maintenance needs2. Completing maintenance tasks in a safe, clean, productive, and environmentally compliant manner.3. Communicating and completing tasks as instructed4. Coordinating and loading of customer trucks5. Reporting and correcting all safety issues6. Completing and maintaining all required paperwork (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)· Maintenance1. Lubrication, oiling, fueling and inspections of loader2. Communication and completing tasks as instructed by the supervisor· Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
