Senior Marketing Manager, Third Party Partnerships

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead third-party partnerships and hardware product lifecycle management within its Central Fill portfolio. The role combines strategic business development, partner relationship oversight, and cross-functional coordination across R&D, sales, finance, and regulatory teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate third-party partnership opportunities to address portfolio gaps and enhance Central Fill competitiveness
- Serve as primary marketing lead for assigned partner relationships and ensure consistent positioning across sales, service, and regional teams
- Lead product lifecycle management for pouch, blister, and vision automation hardware categories with sustaining strategies
- Develop sales enablement tools, launch content, competitive positioning, and customer messaging to support commercial execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment and influence across R&D, finance, legal, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Administration
- 5+ years in product management, marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Experience managing third-party partnerships or external technology collaborations
- Background in medical technology, healthcare, automation, or pharmacy automation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
- Strong business acumen with strategic planning and market assessment capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
