Finance Attorney

A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Boston office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing transactions alongside market-leading attorneys representing many of the world’s most prominent financial institutions, private equity sponsors, asset managers, and corporate borrowers. The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of financing matters, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, syndicated lending, private credit transactions, fund finance, asset-based lending, and other complex debt arrangements. Associates will play a key role in all stages of transactions, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, documentation, and closing, while working directly with clients and multidisciplinary deal teams. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission. 2–6 years of experience handling sophisticated finance transactions at a leading law firm. Experience with leveraged finance, acquisition finance, private credit, syndicated lending, fund finance, or related financing matters.
