Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to help elevate the brands of two growing sister companies: Liquid Design & Architecture (modern architecture) and Strada Bauen (Owner’s Representation & Project Management). Key Responsibilities Create and manage Instagram and LinkedIn content (posts, Reels, carousels, stories) Curate and develop project stories, case studies, and lessons learned from our work Update and maintain project portfolios and marketing materials Assist with proposals, leave-behinds, and marketing materials Assist with proposals, leave-behinds, award submissions, and PR efforts Help cultivate and maintain valued industry relationships Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture/Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 2+ years of marketing experience (agency or professional services preferred) Strong writing and visual storytelling skills Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Experience with sales and business development support Enjoy networking & building relationships Passionate about architecture/design is a big plus Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment If you love beautiful design, telling compelling stories, and helping a growing firm stand out in the Charlotte market, we’d love to hear from you!
