The clinic features a new medical facility attached to the hospital and cancer center, with strong domiciled specialty partners and extensive outreach services from the Duluth campus.
Opportunity:
PHYSICIAN - Internal Medicine
Job Details:
• Lead a Care Team utilizing established care processes and collaborate with healthcare team members
• Practice combination of complex inpatient and ambulatory patient care (80% clinic, 20% hospital)
• Work in state-of-the-art new medical clinic attached to hospital and cancer center
• Maintain primary call rotation of 1 in 8
• Follow anticipated clinic schedule of 8-5 weekdays with post-call day off
• See estimated 16 patients per day with procedural opportunities welcome
• Collaborate with strong domiciled clinic partners including Pediatrics, Cardiology, Radiology, and other specialties
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system including DAX AI
• Access 24/7 RN based telephone call coverage and high-complexity laboratory services
• Work with RN based Anti Coag, Diabetes, CDM, Hypertension, and Complex Care Management teams
• Participate in physician culture with strong emphasis on work-life balance
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
