Join a leading global company, Thermo Fisher Scientific , and play a key role in manufacturing critical medical equipment used in hospitals, labs, and universities.

You’ll work in a cleanroom environment producing BioProcess Containers , following strict quality and safety guidelines to ensure life-saving products meet the highest standards.

Lebanon, TN

Monday–Thursday (Optional OT on Friday):

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $18.50/hr starting pay
• Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• $21.28/hr starting pay

Weekend Option:

• Friday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Thursday: 4-hour shift

• Assemble, manufacture, and package BioProcess containers
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and SOPs
• Maintain strict adherence to cGMP quality standards
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Support material handling and production flow (when applicable)

• No jewelry, fake nails, makeup, nail polish, or fragrances
• No cell phones allowed in production areas
• Must wear full cleanroom gowning, including:
  • Hair/beard net
  • Mask & safety glasses
  • Jumpsuit, sleeves, gloves
  • Shoe covers

We are also hiring part-time Cleanroom Cleaning Associates for long-term contract roles.

Details:

• Pay: $21.28/hr
• ️ Schedule: Tuesday–Friday
• ⏰ Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain controlled cleanroom environments
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, walls, and surfaces
• Follow gowning and contamination-control procedures
• Perform janitorial duties within strict cleanroom standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
