Assistant Project Manager

Duties/Responsibilities: Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects. Assist in preparing Request for Information (RFIs) Conduct requirements analysis and gather necessary information for project planning. Support project leadership in coordinating project activities and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document business process models. Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes. Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations. Support the implementation of projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion. Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, modified, or changed at any time at the Company’s discretion. Changes may be made formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of project management methodology and best practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Ability to timely respond to deadlines, balance workload, and take initiative. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Working knowledge Word, Excel, Acrobat. Ability to read blueprints, a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2-3 years of experience Project management certification, a plus.
