Family Services Advocate
The YMCA
The YMCA seeks a Family Services Advocate for our Head Start program to support children’s success by partnering closely with families. This role conducts intake and family needs assessments, develops family partnership goals, and connects parents to community resources in housing, employment, health, and education. The Advocate promotes consistent attendance, leads family engagement activities, and collaborates with teachers and community partners. Ideal candidates bring nonprofit or social services experience, strong communication skills, cultural humility, and a passion for empowering families in a mission-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr The YMCA
