Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators for a water filtration manufacturing company in Edina, MN. In this role, you’ll support production by moving materials efficiently and helping maintain a smooth workflow in a clean, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator:

• Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Load materials onto manufacturing equipment and unload completed products
• Stage and organize materials to support efficient production flow
• Monitor inventory movement and manage product queues
• Follow all safety procedures, including daily hazard assessments and PPE usage
• Communicate issues and support team operations to maintain productivity

What You Need to Bring to the Forklift Operator Role:

• Ability to operate a forklift safely (previous experience preferred)
• Ability to stand/walk for 8–12 hour shifts and move throughout the facility
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and push/pull materials as needed
• Basic computer skills for training and communication
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines in English
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
