Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
• Guide patients through various therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities, ensuring proper technique and form to promote recovery and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and self-management techniques, including home exercise programs tailored to support their healing process.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking measurable improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional capability.
• Prepare treatment areas by organizing necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring a seamless therapy session and adherence to safety standards.
• Engage in effective communication with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
