Position Overview The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations for this high-volume, upscale steakhouse, overseeing pre-opening and ongoing execution. This individual will be responsible for building and developing the BOH team, establishing systems and standards, and ensuring consistency across all aspects of the kitchen. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and is comfortable managing both the creative and operational sides of the business.
