As our Senior Recruiter, you will partner with our Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class marketing organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on marketing recruiting for current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our Recruiting Manager.We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. Create the framework and gather market data to assist in launching net new positions. Think outside of the box to engage with top talentTrack and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience.What You Bring5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent.Strong ability to influence with data. Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.
