Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven, professional, and results-oriented Employment Specialist to join our Casper team. This role combines recruiting, customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound sales calls, developing new business relationships, recruiting qualified candidates, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound sales calls to local businesses and identify new opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and visits
• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates with client companies
• Match employee skill sets with client hiring needs
• Manage incoming calls, applications, and job inquiries
• Conduct interviews and candidate screenings
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities
• Maintain accurate applicant, client, and placement records
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates
• Assist with administrative and office support functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred; business-to-business sales experience preferred
• Administrative, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or office experience required
• Confidence making outbound calls and building new business relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward performance expectations
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• High school diploma or GED required
