Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour + Commission

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives .

What You'll Do

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers and help guide them from their first inquiry through the purchase of their next vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experience
• Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Helping customers through the application and qualification process
• Explaining the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal
• Helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs
• Responding to online leads and customer inquiries
• Scheduling customer appointments
• Following up with prospective customers
• Maintaining your customer database in our company CRM
• Completing customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Working with your teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required.

We're looking for people who:

• Enjoy talking with and helping people
• Have strong communication skills
• Are dependable and organized
• Are comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and face-to-face
• Can manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up
• Have a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Are willing to learn and grow with the company
• Have a valid state-issued driver's license and a good driving record
• Are available to work a 40-hour workweek
