What you'll actually be doing

Learn the Account Manager role through hands-on training and coaching

Build relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and other trade professionals

Assist with member follow-up and ongoing account communication

Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions

Help develop new business through outbound calls, prospect follow-up, and member outreach

Support existing accounts while gradually taking on greater account responsibility

Learn ProSource products, services, pricing, and membership benefits

Track customer and prospect activity and maintain accurate account information

Work directly with the Sales Manager to develop the skills needed to transition into an Account Manager role

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED

Customer service or showroom experience is a plus

Comfort with basic math, payments, and pricing

Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech

Interest in design or building materials is a plus — not required
