Job Details Job Location: New Braunfels, TX 78132 Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Admin - Clerical Job purpose Assist with all aspects of tasks associated within the Power Generation service department. Duties and Responsibilities Perform necessary tasks required for Service and aftermarket PSSR’s Perform necessary tasks required for maintaining national account emails Promote positive and professional relationships with all company personnel and between the service departments Maintain PMA contracts Assist centralized warranty group with customer/vender trackers and startup documents Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Must obtain High School Diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have good verbal and written communication skills Know company policies and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlooks, etc.) Must have ability to take direction and work in a team environment Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives Must meet goals and objectives set forth by company Must conform to company policy and procedures Must be dependable and be able to work independently Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc.) Must be attentive to detail and accuracy WPI is an EEO/AA (equal opportunity/affirmative action) institution and does not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, physical or mental disability, creed, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity, or gender expression in the programs or activities which it operates.
