Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union‑represented workforce. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong focus on safety guidelines and team development. Excellent planning and scheduling skills. Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies. Compensation & Benefits Annual Base Pay Range: $105,100 – $138,000. Variable Compensation: Annual Bonus plan at 15% target incentive (50/50) based on company and individual goals. Competitive salary.
