Maintenance Technician- Park Plaza

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a role at a North Hollywood, CA- Park Plaza property of conventional and affordable multifamily housing. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 Position Overview: A Maintenance Technician conducts general maintenance and repairs. Duties include completing work orders, turning vacancies, after hour rotation, and completing all tasks related to plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, counter tops, etc. Qualifications: At least three years of previous experience in maintenance and construction. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance. Truck is a plus. We will be hauling material from site to site Ability to handle physical workload, and familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment. All tools are required. Prior maintenance experience in Multi-Family, low income Housing is a plus Having own vehicle (truck preferred) and maintenance tools is required.
